1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return if you change your mind. To be eligible for a full refund:

  • The item must be in its original, unopened condition with the factory seal intact.
  • Metal sheets and parts must not have been removed, cut, or bent.
  • All manuals, packaging, and accessories must be included.

2. Free Replacement Guarantee for Damaged or Missing Parts

We know that assembling micro-metal models requires precision, and unexpected accidents can happen:

  • Item Arrived Damaged: If your kit arrives bent, scratched, or damaged in transit, we will send a brand new kit or replacement sheet free of charge.
  • Missing Parts: If any piece or sheet is missing from the sealed box, we will ship the replacement part immediately at no extra cost.

Simply contact us at support@metalpuzzlekit.com with your Order ID and a clear photo of the damaged/missing component.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team at support@metalpuzzlekit.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with the return authorization and designated return shipping address within 24 hours.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable courier service and share the tracking number with us.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your returned package is received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed immediately. Credit will be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.) within 3 to 5 business days.
